I appreciated the helpful staff. They were always available. The hotel location was great. It was near places I wanted to see! The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed all the options. I am grateful for my nights there.

Really good Hotel Experience

Our top floor suite included a huge terrace. It had a dining table, sofa, sun loungers, a swinging egg chair, and a hot tub. The views of the sea were magnificent. The breakfast selection offered fresh produce and eggs cooked to preference. The hotel provided water fountains on each floor, encouraging guests to refill and avoid plastic bottles.
The evening entertainment created noise around the pool area. The sound echoed quite loudly. It was impossible to find a quiet corner outside until 10:30 pm.

The staff were helpful. They addressed all requests efficiently. Jaime provided a personal touch and ensured our celebration was nice.. This detail increased the value of our stay.

The location is AMAZING. It is a short walk to both Puerto Banús and Puente Romano. I found a supermarket only 200m away, SUPER convenient. Our room included a spacious terrace and garden in front. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
The tv only had four English channels. NONE of them worked. I also noticed the safe was not working.
